Cancellation & Refund Policy for Certificate Courses and Programs

Reimagine Clinic understands that sometimes, unforeseen events and circumstances can lead to the need for canceling your enrollment in our certificate courses or programs. Recognizing the limited spots available in our educational offerings, and the closer it gets to the commencement date, the harder it becomes for other potential students to rearrange their commitments to fill a spot opened by a cancellation. In light of this, and with a deep respect for your educational aspirations, as well as those of your fellow students and potential future learners, we have put in place the following cancellation policy applicable to all certificate courses and programs.

For Certificate Courses & Programs Only:

This policy is applicable exclusively to certificate courses and programs. If you have enrolled in a diploma program, please consult your student handbook for details on withdrawal and refund processes.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request:

All cancellation requests must be formally submitted in writing. Please send your request via email to info@reimagineclinic.ca or via post to our official address at 9359 Rue lajeunesse, Montreal, QC, H2M1S5.

Your cancellation request should include:

  • Student Information: Provide your full name and contact details to ensure the Clinic can reach you if necessary.
  • Course Details: State the name of the course or program, along with its start date.
  • Reason for Cancellation: Share a brief explanation of why you are canceling, mentioning any unexpected situations leading to this decision.
  • Request Date: Include the date the cancellation request is being made. The date on the email or the date when the written request is received by the Clinic will be considered for confirmation.

Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds:

  • Full Refund: To be eligible for a full refund, your cancellation request must reach Reimagine Clinic at least 14 days before the course or program’s start date.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellation requests made within 13 days to 48 hours before the start date will qualify for a refund of all fees except the registration fee.
  • Final Sale: Within 48 hours of the course or program’s start time, no refunds of any kind will be issued; the fee becomes a non-refundable purchase. This policy is strictly upheld, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation request. For treatments, deposits are only refundable if the cancellation occurs 48 hours before the scheduled treatment.
  • Training Deposits: Please note that training deposits of $300 or $500 are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time:

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund as per the policy terms, the refund will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of your written cancellation request.

Non-Attendance:

Failure to attend a course or program without adhering to the cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
