Mr. MacDonald made a name for himself by tattooing a captivating ‘all round delicate pink complexion’ onto the cheeks of his clients. George Burchett took the reins from him in the 1930s, evolving into a major developer of this tattooing technique.

In the current scenario, permanent makeup has carved out its niche within the beauty industry, standing out as a distinct category in its own right. One of the novel trends in this space is scalp micropigmentation, where the tattoo artist leverages their skills to replicate the appearance of hair follicles.
